Our strategy leaned on a narrative-driven approach, using emotive storytelling from the guest’s perspective. By capturing fewer faces, the hotel itself became the hero, allowing future guests to better visualize their stay and step into the world Palm House has curated.
A transportive opening identity expressed through launch imagery, short-form storytelling, event energy, and a still-image library designed to let Palm House feel immersive from the very first impression.
